Wealth Management Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing professional financial advice and services to clients, focusing on wealth management and portfolio advice, investment planning, retirement planning, risk management planning, and estate planning. Management Trainees will manage clients' wealth assets and portfolios through investment vehicles and engage in PRC business and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme planning. They will work with Senior Managers to gain knowledge in Wealth Management, including Risk Management, Investment Management, Saving Management, and Retirement Management. Team management responsibilities involve developing planning strategies, recruiting and managing team members, and sharing marketing strategies. Additionally, they will participate in global investment development, marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM), and engage in investment learning and role-playing activities. Continuous self-improvement through achieving professional designations and staying updated with financial knowledge is also emphasized.
