Trainees will also analyze client risk profiles and utilize portfolio rebalancing strategies to construct comprehensive wealth solutions. They are tasked with tracking global market trends, drafting professional market commentaries, and making asset adjustment recommendations for clients. Additionally, they will participate in team management by developing strategies for team construction, learning recruitment and management techniques, and sharing marketing strategies within the team. Continuous self-improvement is emphasized, including achieving professional designations and enhancing interpersonal and communication skills. Other duties involve organizing client data, following up on client needs, and cooperating with senior management to maintain client relationships.
