The common responsibilities for this position include designing activities to engage young leaders and the public in heritage conservation and leadership, such as guided tours and training on public policies. Developing partnerships with various NPOs focused on heritage for collaboration and promotion of heritage conservation in Hong Kong is essential. Cultivating young leaders to serve Hong Kong through volunteering and sharing insights on government policies is also a key duty. Planning, developing, and organizing leadership training programs and courses, along with strategies and curriculum for leadership learning targeting schools and the wider community, are critical tasks. Building partnerships and maintaining connections with funders, creative learning partners, and schools, as well as developing Creative Learning programs and competitions in Youth S.P.O.T, are included. Utilizing historic sites for stakeholder engagement and preparing reports and analysis are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, acquiring new business opportunities, developing and maintaining business relationships with different stakeholders, and analyzing market trends for strategy improvement are required. Performing any other assigned duties completes the role.
