Project Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing counseling, education, and support services to HIV-infected drug users, offering HIV rapid testing services, and promoting sexually transmitted disease/HIV and drug abuse prevention programs. The role involves coordinating elderly day/home care services, overseeing daily operations of Community Care Service Voucher Scheme (CCSV) services, and preparing monthly reports and statistics on cases and activities. Additionally, the individual will plan, coordinate, and implement domestic helper training programs for the elderly, provide support services at elderly centers, and coordinate career counseling and employment guidance for secondary school students and the general public. Responsibilities also include handling case management, job placement, pre-employment preparation, and post-employment follow-up, as well as supporting administrative work of the center. The position requires outreach, rapid testing, accompaniment, case follow-up, and support services for users, including sex workers and their clients, with varying shifts including weekends.
