Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the project coordinator in implementing the program at the Yuen Long Au Tau Youth Centre, providing training, support, and counseling services for individuals in recovery. Responsibilities involve recruiting instructors and participants, organizing vocational skills certification courses, experiential training programs, and mindfulness-based services for women in drug rehabilitation. The role includes planning and leading group activities, life skills training, volunteer services, vocational training, health seminars, and accompanying participants to job interviews. Additionally, the position requires coordinating and planning activities at social service centers and rehabilitation facilities, conducting case management, group sessions, outreach, and supportive services. Administrative tasks such as creating promotional materials, preparing event quotations, budgeting for activities, and statistical reporting are also part of the role.
