Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing and supervising support staff within the "Home Care Services for Severely Disabled Persons" interdisciplinary team, planning and coordinating services, referring community resources, conducting home visits, and implementing interdisciplinary case management services. The role also involves providing clinical counseling, group support, and family support services to service users and their families. Additionally, it encompasses assisting in supervising and supporting frontline staff, providing rehabilitation training, social and recreational activities, casework, family support, and community education. The position requires promoting a caregiver support program, following up on caregiver cases, organizing group activities for caregivers and care recipients, and supporting the operations of the caregiver support center. Furthermore, the responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating training for cases in schools and centers, enhancing parents' understanding and caregiving abilities for children with developmental disabilities, and managing daily operations and case handling of service clients.
