Youth Worker

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include fostering a culture of volunteerism among students, sustaining engagement with schools and NGOs, offering volunteer programs, and assisting in annual events and administrative tasks. The role involves assisting with daily operations at the Qianhai Hong Kong Youth Development Center, implementing activities, and facilitating communication to promote youth work. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing Special Education Needed (SEN) sports projects, developing customized sports programs for SEN students, and ensuring their safety during activities. The youth worker will manage project and center activities, promote emotional health initiatives, organize activities for children and youth, and support graphic design and online media operations. Additionally, the position entails planning and organizing leadership training programs related to sustainability, conducting social research on youth issues, and assisting in curriculum design for intergenerational sports development.
