The common responsibilities for this position include providing support for training needs identification, program development, classroom setup, and evaluation, as well as updating staff training records. Additionally, participating in training implementation and delivery, including course promotion, registration, venue setup, leading course exercises, discussions, and debriefings. Supporting program development projects, which involve session planning, content research, PowerPoint and activity design, and pre- and post-course competency measurement. Assisting with Global ESG learning projects and data collection, coordinating with external training providers, and performing any ad hoc duties as assigned.
