This involves planning, executing, and managing both physical and virtual marketing events, including seminars, workshops, and exhibitions. The role requires conducting market analysis and research, updating and maintaining mobile app content, and communicating with animal shelters for event listings and adoption cases. Additionally, responsibilities include developing creative ideas and copywriting for social media promotions, implementing product launches and marketing campaigns for the Hong Kong and Macau markets, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will prepare and develop marketing materials such as product catalogues, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements, while also liaising with internal and external parties to implement marketing programs. Keeping updated on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities is essential, along with undertaking any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
