Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include maintaining communication with clients' business users and the system development team, coordinating user requirements collection, participating in the system design process, preparing user requirements and functional specifications, and compiling test cases. Additionally, the role involves supporting system testing, working with the project manager on banking system projects to ensure project deliverables are met, coordinating workshops and meetings to understand business processes, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing test scope, scenarios, and cases, and participating in testing cycles. The position also requires assisting in API integrations, driving system improvements, creating communication materials, and designing management reports for KPI analysis.
