Development Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include independently executing funded special projects, coordinating with various organizations to implement project progress, developing promotional strategies and recruiting participants through outreach to schools, communities, and online platforms. The role involves managing administrative and financial tasks of the project, such as writing activity records and reports, evaluating project effectiveness, and preparing grant applications. Additionally, the position requires planning, coordinating, and executing educational activities, workshops, community education events, and open days. The Development Officer will also manage and train volunteers, oversee agricultural product sales, design sales strategies, assist with produce distribution, and handle customer service tasks. Other responsibilities include managing the website and performing additional assigned duties.
