The common responsibilities for this position include designing quality verification processes, reviewing test plans and product specifications, developing test programs and platforms, managing ATE test stations, and overseeing upgrades and maintenance of ATE test stations. Additionally, the role involves performing tests according to test plans independently, reviewing and analyzing test plans, managing and controlling testing lead time, and reporting status to the Lab Manager. The Test Engineer is also responsible for participating in software product testing planning, conducting software functionality testing, identifying and documenting software defects, and tracking them to resolution. Furthermore, the position includes engaging in the writing, execution, maintenance, and optimization of automated test scripts, as well as collaborating closely with product development and product management departments to enhance product quality.
