Assistant Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include planning and implementing community engagement activities and experiential learning programs, managing partner relations, and handling program administration such as promotion, records, and feedback surveys/reports. Providing guidance and advising support to students in service and experiential projects to facilitate their learning and personal development is also essential. Supporting the team’s operation involves managing the program database and website, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management is required.
